Our Team

Our team here at LingoBridge consist of a group of passionate and ambitious certified translators. Below are short introductions to our professional translators and the languages they work in.

About Ting

  • Worked for a VSO project in China as a translator and interpreter in education and volunteer management fields.
  • A member of the Institute of Translation & Interpreting (ITI)
  • BA degree in English (accomplished in China) and Master’s degree of Translation (achieved in the UK). 

About Maren

  • Native Norwegian with a BA in English Literature and an MA in Translation Studies. All higher education done in England. 
  • Previous experience as freelance translator.
  • Specialized in technical/scientific translation, but have experience in other fields as well. 
  • Member of the ITI in England and Norsk Oversetterforening in Norway.

 About Billa

  • Native English speaker with expert level French. MA in translation and BA (Hons) in French and Spanish.
  • Substantial portfolio of freelance translation of a sensitive nature, including contracts and company documents.
  • Pilot studies and planning documents for international NGOs and charities.
  • Promotional material, presentations and speeches for major international corporations at exhibitions..

  • Corporate literature and website material.
